Our free roof inspection is offered at no cost and with no obligation to the homeowner. Submitting an inspection request does not create a contract for roofing work, and you are under no obligation to hire Valley Roofing & Repair for any repair or replacement services. Any roofing work is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Inspections are performed by appointment and are subject to scheduling availability, weather conditions, and safe roof access. We may contact you by phone, email, or text message to schedule and confirm your inspection.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program description: When you opt in through our website form, Valley Roofing & Repair may send you SMS text messages related to your inspection request, including appointment scheduling and confirmations, inspection reminders, follow-ups on your request, and updates related to your service or insurance claim coordination.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel and unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

We are not an insurance company, adjuster, or agent, and we cannot guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or the amount of any payout.
